From in-home care to grocery runs and community activities, our friendly team of trained nurses and qualified support workers will ensure your confidence and peace of mind.  

Through My Pit Crew, we also provide 1:1 and small group mentoring programs for teens and young adults, helping them to navigate and thrive in everyday life.

  • You sure can. In fact, the majority of our clients are participants of the NDIS (or their children are). Compared to larger agencies, our lower charge-out rates also help you to maximise your funding.

    Whilst we accept self-funded clients, our pricing is based on the NDIS pricing model.

  • We know how hard it is to not only find the right support worker, but also one who’s committed to the long haul, not just the short term. 

    This is exactly why we actively invest in our support workers (and their happiness)! Ensuring they feel rewarded, we offer both training and career development, as well as higher-than-average rates.

  • Safe Transport Australia has a comprehensive insurance cover that protects all parties. Every booked shift includes both Workers' Compensation insurance, Public Liability insurance, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

At My Pit Crew, we provide genuine support and mentoring, making way for long-lasting friendships and meaningful connections. Building your confidence, you’ll connect with like-minded mates in relaxed social settings, whether it’s one-on-one or in a group.
