Disability Support Worker
We believe that the most effective support comes from someone who shares the same interests, values and sense of humour as our clients! We combine what they love doing with their NDIS goals in both one-to-one and small group settings. Disability support is a meaningful and versatile career, providing workers with the opportunity to make a difference every day in their clients’ ability to live independently. For a disability support worker, no day is ever the same, no job is ever the same and that's because no person with a disability is ever the same.
We're NOT looking for qualified social workers or full timers, we're looking for uni/tafe students and young people who are keen to help, mentor and get to know some of our awesome clients aged 11-35.
We treat every participant like a friend and our shifts often involve activities like cooking up a storm, playing video games together, going rock climbing, cycling or to the gym. Our older participants love getting out into Melbourne nightlife with the support of their crew.
We're looking for passionate people who are interested in some or all of the above.
If you can drive or cycle and are interested in some wholesome casual side-hustle, then please get in touch today
